Surprise Visit from Norm the Miner: Mrs. Conner Receives $500 Teaching Award
Join us in celebrating Mrs. Taylor Conner, our exceptional Science Department Chair and classroom innovator, who was honored by UNC Charlotte’s Cato College of Education through the Extra Yards for Teachers initiative. Mrs. Conner and her students received a surprise visit from Norm the Miner, along with a $500 classroom award recognizing her dedication to teaching and learning. Her passion, leadership, and commitment continue to make a lasting impact, and we are proud to have her as part of the Lion Family!
