Community Partners, Friends, Alumni, and Families! Spring exams are upon us. West Charlotte needs your help to ensure that all scholars experience a testing environment that is safe and conducive to allowing them to work and do their best.  Testing Proctors are need for End-of-Year (EOY) -Math 1 & English II and End-of-Course (EOC) -Biology, English II, Math 1, and Math 3 beginning Thursday, May 28, 2026, till Wednesday, June 10, 2026, as needed.  Exams will be administered from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.  

Please consider spending a day or two with our West Charlotte Family proctoring for Spring Exams.  As a reminder, ALL CMS volunteers must be approved by the district to come into the schools.  Complete that process by visiting the site using the link Volunteering with CMS - English or Volunteering with CMS - Spanish.
